Post-Event Volunteer Poster

Following the 25Q4 Town Hall, we hosted a pop-up volunteer event that gave employees an opportunity to use their remaining volunteer leave. To support participation and awareness, I created a promotional poster that was used durinig the event.

Partner Appreciation Foam Boards

To thank the partners who helped make our events successful, I designed custom foam boards featuring photography from the event. These boards were presented as appreciation gifts and served as lasting keepsakes that celebrated our collaboration and shared achievements.

Promotional Scala Ad

As part of the event promotion, I animated the existing event design for display on digital screens throughout campus.

Day of Event Menu

Using the existing event branding, I created a custom menu template in the cafeteria to honor the event's special guest speaker.

Hydration Station

I designed branded hydration station signs that supported the event experience.
