HQ Town Hall: Camp-Us

Project Type: Event Branding | Experience Design | Print Design | Digital Design

HQ Town Hall is Navy Federal's quarterly employee event designed to inform, align, and engage. By pairing each event with a distinct theme, our team transformed routine business communications into immersive experiences that employees looked forward to attending.

Project Involvement

At the time, campus leaders across Navy Federal were focused on strengthening alignment across locations through shared messaging and experiences. To support that initiative, I developed Camp-Us, a camp-themed concept that united employees across campuses, microsites, and branches through one shared experience.

As the creative lead, I developed the event theme, visual identity, promotional campaign, environmental graphics, and presentation experience. Inspired by vintage and rustic camp artwork, I used large-scale environmental graphics to tell the story of how our locations come together as one “Camp-Us,” transforming the auditorium into an immersive, high-impact experience.
